    • Rescheduling 48 or More Hours Before Scheduled Transport: No additional charges will apply.

  • Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, civil unrest, or other situations beyond our control that prevent us from completing the transport, you may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling.
